What started as South Jersey’s go-to source for what was open during the early days of the pandemic has transitioned into Operation Hiring: An initiative that connects job seekers with local employers. Created to help stem the ongoing labor shortage, Open South Jersey’s Operation Hiring is a free resource for all.
Since May 2021, Open South Jersey has been spotlighting job opportunities at local restaurants, florists, boutiques, book stores, hair salons, gyms, pharmacies, and more. Our goal is simple: Make South Jersey a vibrant place to live, work, and play by helping businesses staff up and helping our neighbors find good jobs.
