After your workout, we invite you to enjoy snacks, and freshly brewed coffee & Tea

How long can you perform a precise "Roll Up?"

5 Minute Pilates warm-up followed by 10 minutes of instructor cued Pilates Roll-Ups using various props- all levels welcome. We will end with 5 Minutes of release on the foam roller.

From the heart to the core for a great cause! You will get to experience three different dance formats: Zumba, Jazz, and Broadway. You will end with yin yoga and crystal bowls! A portion of the proceeds will directly benefit the American Heart Association. So your dance moves will be making a difference!
