With a large & lively Irish population, Gloucester City goes all out gearing up for St. Patrick's Day. Join me on a 3 mi walk through town as a warm up to viewing the parade and other celebrations in town. We walk the parade route and through decorated areas of town prior to the 1:00 parade. We’ll also wander through Proprietors Park, Freedom Pier and through the town, pointing out notable sights along the way. We’ll plan to finish in time for you to see the parade on your own if you choose. Wear your green!
PLEASE NOTE: 10:30 am sharp is the start time. PLEASE ARRIVE BY 10:15 am to have time to sign in and make any adjustments. There are road closures around town due to the parade that will not affect this parking lot or access to it. If you are coming in via Collings Ave it is a LEFT at the stop sign to the swim club parking lot, some GPS devices misdirect you to go right.
