Over The Top Party Planning is hosting a crafting session with some of your favorite VK's.
During this session every child will make a bracelet craft, play games, temporary tattoos, and spend person time with the characters
Only children attending will require a ticket. Parents and adults do not require a ticket. Every child participating will need an individual ticket.
Tickets are non transferable and non refundable
No parking behind the building these spots are for residential tenants only.
