In-person class: Classic Handmade Pasta

There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself.

Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful noodles, Fettuccine & Pappardelle. You will learn to make two different pasta dishes, Pappardelle with Chicken Sausage Marinara and Fettuccine with Vegetable Ragout.

Use a pasta machine to make your Fettuccine, then learn to cut thicker noodles to form your Pappardelle. You will learn to make two sauces from scratch. Then sit down and enjoy both pasta dishes at the end of class!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive on time, wearing your mask. Guests are invited to BYOB wine, beer, or champagne. Though we highly recommend a nice Italian wine! Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Gill's home with ample space to social distance booking parties from one another. Chef Gill is also maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines.
