IN-STUDIO PUBLIC ALL AGES EVENT: See Age Policy. Everyone in attendance must purchase a seat. No observers. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. No children under the age of 5 in the studio for Public events.
NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON all event reservations are NON REFUNDABLE. We REQUIRE at least 4 hours notification for a reschedule request or reservation credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE do not ask for "SPECIAL" exception for your case if you are within a few hours to get a credit or transfer.
