Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festival

The Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festivals features the finest in traditional American music: bluegrass, old-time and related music, in a family-friendly event at the Salem County Fairgrounds.


Founded by Bill Monroe and Ralph Stanley in 1972, the Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festival presents top-flight bluegrass and other traditional American music groups to the greater Delaware Valley each Labor Day weekend. The festival runs from Friday through Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. It is sponsored by the Brandywine Friends of Old Time Music, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
